Lining, assembly, and machining, as extras.
Due to the flexibility of its production units, the design phase allows us to quickly achieve prototyping when necessary. Our choice to work with French or European specialists guarantees the quality of the tools and therefore of the parts produced.
LINING: Hot lining involves depositing a layer of elastomer onto a metal roll or cylinder to provide adhesion. The goal is to enhance adhesion and provide protection against abrasion, corrosion, noise, impact, and sealing.
ASSEMBLY: Assembly is a clever and cost-effective method for manually creating parts with simple to complex shapes. These parts can range from individual units to small series, sometimes reinforced with metal or textiles. They can also be of large dimensions.
MACHINING: Our capabilities allow us to machine plastics and rubber from semi-finished products or blanks according to our design.
CUT-OFF: This technique enables precise cutting of large quantities of washers or profiles.
